Lech Walesa earned the 1983 Nobel Peace Prize for his efforts in fighting communist tyranny in Poland. On the other hand, Obama was given the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize despite not earning it. Regarding this unintentionally hilarious situation, Walesa notes that “He [Obama] has no contribution so far.” I applaud Walesa for having the audacity to state an obvious yet inconvenient truth.
