Walking the Walk in Hati

There are days that I want to MURDER Tabitha Hale. Not Murder, MURDER mind you, but maybe send her off on a long walk on a short pier. If you have ever worked with her and butted heads, I’m sure you know what I mean.

At the end of the day though, she is one of the reasons why this country is the most generous and sought after places to be on the face of God’s big blue marble still. She has volunteered to go down to Hati and help out with getting supplies and doing whatever else her and the group she is with, can do. It is no small task to drop the comforts of one’s life in this country, to go and help a people in a already impoverished land devastated by a natural disaster.

But it is what Americans have always done in the face of disaster. Lend a hand to help. It is part of what has made this country special for over 200 years.

America will continue to be great as long as we have people such as Tabitha and the group she is with, willing to lend a hand to God’s other children in need.

Thank God ,for each and everyone of them!!!
