There is something happening in the state of Michigan that is actually good.

What is that you ask?

Why it’s the Michigan Tea Party convention that is happening this Saturday June 13th in Holt,Michigan.                              ( Just south of Lansing).

Continuing the momentum from the Tea parties on Tax day The New Patriot Revolution has organized a gathering of some of the best and brightest minds to discuss and mingle with those citizens who are concerned about the direction the country and the state are currently taking.

We all have though, some lil niche or thing that we love to do or participate in. Politics is one of the things I like to dabble in. Listening to music is another of the things that get’s me jazzed up. Well back in February these two things were melded together when Radio for Conservatives was born.

A simple brilliant idea that was the brain child of three people Andrew Riley, Elizabeth Crum and Duane Lester. The radio station has talk shows that run the gambit of conservative and libertarian views from hosts across the good ole U.S.A. The music selection is not what the stuffed shirts of the Republican Party of old would probably recommend. The music actually has people playing guitar…and LOUD.

If I may use a term that jumped the shark LONG AGO, it has a different vibe.

Being that they are just a new station and not yet established we need your help. To play the music that is played, royalties and fees must be paid.

So I’m asking two things here today. 1. Tune into http://www.rfcradio.com/ and check out the schedule and take a listen to the product that has been put together for the discerning conservative listener.

2. PLEASE DONATE to the station. Just go to the front page of http://www.rfcradio.com/ and go to the top of the page to donate. Any amount is greatly appreciated $1, $5, $10 whatever you feel you can afford. The liberal media is out to knock our blocks off and people like George Soros and his ilk would like to see us all have kidney failure just like Wanda Sykes hoped for Rush. You can help stem this tide by keeping a homegrown conservative grassroots radio station on the AIR.

Back to the grind, have not posted in 3 weeks it seems.

I was Indiana over the weekend preparing for the launch of the most innovative thing to come down the pike since the invention of the Internet and Global Warming by Al Gore.

I wrote about this a little over a month ago and ohhhh my how time fly’s when your living in the ” AGE OF OBAMA”.

Today was the official launch of RFC Radio http://www.rfcradio.com/ the first 24/7 radio station for the conservative in all of us.The idea is a truly novel one ( I won’t lie, I’m jealous I did not think of it. Come to think of it I probably did in a bar, but was than beaten up and forgot about it)

In the coming weeks and months, the content and programming will expand and take shape to provide conservatives with a one stop shop if you will, of information and original programming not diluted by the MSM.

A big congrats goes out to Duane, Andrew and Elizabeth for bringing this idea who’s time has come to life!!!

Now it’s our turn to help support it, Click on the link..http://www.rfcradio.com/ listen as often as you can and go to the site, browse around. Pick up some apparel to piss off the Keith Olbernmann or Female Keith Olbermann impersonator in your office. ( That last jibe was a Rachel Maddow joke )

Let’s get involved and help preserve the country to which we have been blessed to live in. Supporting those who believe in most of the same things we do is a great start and listening to rock n roll is always a good way to get the blood pumping!!

We conservatives are more than Rush Limbaugh and Bill O’Reilly, we’re Michelle Malkin and La Shawn Barber and Alfonzo Rachel and guys like me who read comic books and play video games and listen to Rage Against The Machine.
